Studio 3D
[vc_row transparent=”transparent” row_padding_top=”padding_top_none” row_padding_bottom=”padding_bottom_none”][vc_column][vc_column_text]This beautiful studio apartment is one of three apartments in the STUDIO CATEGORY that you will be given. This studio rental apartment in Buenos Aires, Argentina exudes modern style while preserving the old-world charm of the building. There are two matching art deco cut glass chandeliers (not typically found in apartments in Recoleta Buenos Aires). They hang beautifully from the high ceiling. Also, a glass block window welcomes natural light and creates ambiance for the living area.
The apartment comes with a fully-equipped American style kitchen with local mosaic tiles for flooring. Also, there is a modern stainless-steel bar top and seating for two. The bar divides the kitchen from the living area. Likewise, the living space includes two re-upholstered turn-of-the-century chairs and a pull-out couch. The sofa has a full-sized mattress. Furthermore, a rounded glass coffee table sits atop a hand-woven floor rug. The floor covering is from the Northern Argentine province of Salta.
Moreover, there is also a see-through antique iron forged decorative dividing screen. A local artisan handcrafted the piece. It serves to divide the living and bedroom spaces of this rental apartment in Buenos Aires, Argentina.
Furthermore, there is a queen-sized bed with an art deco bedside table. Full-length French doors overlook the rear of the building. The setting makes for a comfortable and relaxing bedroom area. Moreover, there is plenty of storage space. There is a large built-in closet with glass doors. Similarly, there is a Victorian hand-painted marble top dresser for clothes and personal effects.
The modern full bathroom has a beautiful antique chandelier. There is also an over-sized antique wheel mirror. Furthermore, this area receives natural light from two directions. There are two open-turning side windows. Also, there is a third window made of glass brick.
Lastly, art by Luciana Vernet balances with the pastel colors and soft furnishings. This combination completes one of our most stylish Poetry Building studio apartments in Recoleta Buenos Aires.
Each one of the 17 Buenos Aires apartments within the Poetry Building has unlimited access to common spaces. Guests can use our dipping pool with sundeck and honor bar. They can also enjoy Ellie’s Garden. This space is one of Buenos Aires’ very few rooftop organic vegetable gardens. Moreover, we encourage our guests to make use of our excellent on-site bilingual concierge service. Assistance can be requested before, during, or even after your stay. Our concierge can make restaurant reservations, organize activities around the city and beyond. And we are happy to just answer your general questions. Lastly, all units are furnished with wonderful amenities. These include Apple TVs and Bluetooth speakers.[/vc_column_text][/vc_column][/vc_row][vc_row color_set=”white_section” row_padding_top=”padding_top_none” row_padding_bottom=”padding_bottom_1-4″][vc_column boxed=”boxed_plus”]
Deserves the high ratings!
I stayed in Poetry Building based on reviews on Tripadvisor and Expedia. I have been to BA before and loved this location. The building is in Recoleta and walkable to Palermo. Also, it’s close to great shopping on Santa Fe, and to buses and the subway. Additionally, it is easy to get cabs. The neighborhood is excellent for food. There are lots of cafes and restaurants. The hotel itself is clean, and very nicely decorated. There is a mix of modern and antique that works well. It is just the right mix of apartment independence/space with hotel concierge services. They arranged a fabulous Tango class for me. Moreover, there are AC and Wifi. I would happily stay here again. My Argentinian relatives all raved about it after visiting.
Urban Paradise
I absolutely love this little apartment hotel conveniently located in Recoleta. Rooms are very comfortable and well equipped. The staff could not be more friendly and helpful. Kudos to the owner/manager. The attention to detail and for the building is first-rate.
Peaceful, lovely, classic
The Poetry Building is in the Recoleta neighborhood. The street is a quiet, one way, two-lane road. It is lined with apartments, stores, a tea shop, bakeries, and restaurants. Day or night, it was a safe place to walk. It is two blocks from Santa Fe Avenue. It is the main street with even more ample with shops and restaurants. Go out the Poetry Building front door in the other direction, and you’re at the Recoleta Cemetery. The area evolves to become even more trendy and upscale. Buenos Aires has a lot of well-kept green space with trees planted in the 1800s. Hard to imagine and a sight to behold.
The staff at the Poetry Building was first rate and ever helpful. Our studio apartment, 3D, was cute, clean and classy. Very, very clean. Also, there is a lift if you don’t need the exercise! Also, there is cable TV and channels in English. The building provided Wi-Fi–very nice! The room has a small kitchen though we didn’t find the time or need to cook. The refrigerator was large, and we did use it. Overall, I would stay here again. If you have the stamina for walking, this is a good starting point and a place to get your bearings. Taxis are clean, reasonable and plentiful. Public transport is comfortable as well. But if you don’t walk, you’ll miss the best views of the city.
