[vc_row row_padding_top=”padding_top_none” row_padding_bottom=”padding_bottom_none”][vc_column][vc_column_text]This beautiful loft apartment is one of four apartment possibilities in the LOFT CATEGORY that will be designated to you. One of the Recoleta apartments in Buenos Aires, Argentina that we offer is this gorgeous open-floor plan loft. This unit is a unique split-level apartment. It affords the maximum use of space with stylish design features. Like many of our Buenos Aires luxury apartment rentals, the suite has extra high ceilings.
There is a short set of stairs leading down to the central living space. On the left is a modern desk and workspace. This area also has a high-back desk chair. Just adjacent to the desk there is ample storage space. Also, downstairs is a spacious living room, a separate fully equipped kitchen, and a toilette. French doors open onto the building’s rear view from the living space.
Moreover, a unique feature not standard in Buenos Aires luxury apartment rentals is a reclaimed antique workbench found in this unit. This tabletop has four bar stools and is located downstairs. The bench serves as a stylish dining area. Moreover, across from the dining space, there is a large glass brick window. There is also a massive Louis XVI style cut glass chandelier by Claudio Alburnoz.
The comfy and stylish living room furnishings include a large couch. This sofa makes into a full-sized bed, if needed. Likewise, a two-winged-back antique re-upholstered chair and a large ottoman adorn the living area. In addition, there is a cast iron coffee table base made by a local artist. It comes with a thick glass top and is next to a decorative fireplace. These features help to make this unit one of the more exclusive Recoleta apartments in Buenos Aires Argentina that we offer.
A granite counter-topped galley-type kitchen is just off the living room. It has a large window allowing for natural light.
Furthermore, an iron and wooden staircase leads to the large open bedroom upstairs. A handwoven antique rug hangs along the stairs for wall decor.
In addition, a king size bed with antique bedside tables with onyx tops and an antique dresser make up the bedroom. Likewise, there are two Louis XVI chairs. There is also a vintage English storage chest which doubles as a bench. Directly offset from the bedroom is an impressive walk-in closet enclosed by opaque glass. This feature is a highlight of one of our most unique Buenos Aires luxury apartment rentals. Also, double paned French doors allow for natural light to illuminate the bedroom.
The full bathroom receives natural light from two directions. There is a window made of glass brick and two open-turning side windows. It also includes an art nouveau angel-shaped light fixture hanging from the ceiling. There is also a large circular decorative mirror.
Along with these stylish modern and antique features are some beautiful pieces of art from local Argentine artist, Nadia Mastromauro.

Comfortable, spacious and friendly stay in Recoleta!
We had a great stay at the Poetry Building in Recoleta. We looked at many other hotels in and around Recoleta and Palermo. Finally we decided to stay here. Poetry offered so much more space at a great price. Also, it is perfect when traveling with a family. The owners have done a great job restoring this old building. It is modern, comfy and so well furnished.
The location is perfect. Any place in the city is easy to access. It’s simple to flag a taxi. You can do so outside the hotel. Also, there are many little shops, markets, and restaurants within a couple of blocks. Tip – try La Querencia around the corner on Junin/Juncal. Also, the famous Recoleta cemetery is a 5-10 minute walk from the hotel. It is an absolute must see if visiting BA.
One touch that the Poetry Building provides is a welcome letter and bottle of wine on check-in. Wine is always a plus. But the welcome message helped acquaint us with Buenos Aires and the Recoleta area. It was many pages of useful info. Also, the booklet advised on each little thing. It contains good local restaurants & parrillas to tipping practice. I found myself looking at it many times over the course of our stay.
In all, the Poetry Building’s comfort and personal touches make it a gem of a hotel to stay at when visiting Buenos Aires!
Don’t consider anywhere else!
We loved staying at the Poetry building for seven days in April. The location is excellent, the staff is very, very helpful. Also, the apartments are really nice. We have four hot buttons. The are 1) comfortable bed, 2) good shower, 3) quiet for sleeping and 4) convenient location. The Poetry Building met all our criteria. Highly recommended.
Perfect
Every little thing was perfect from start to finish. Specifically, the apartment was fantastic with great service. We felt like home from the first moment. Also, the location could not be better. It has lots of superb restaurants and shops in the neighborhood. Yes, we will be back at this hotel next time we are in BA. Thank you so much:)
