Suite 5B
[vc_row row_padding_top=”padding_top_none” row_padding_bottom=”padding_bottom_none”][vc_column][vc_column_text]This beautiful apartment is one of eight apartment possibilities in the SUITE CATEGORY that will be designated to you. The top floor, one bedroom apartment includes over 200 square feet (20 m2) of outdoor living space. It has a view of the building’s outdoor terrace and dipping pool on one end. Conversely, the other side overlooks the street, making this one of our finest options for Buenos Aires luxury vacation rentals. The penthouse suite’s living room is separate from the bedroom. Furnishing the living space is a pull-out sofa with a full-sized mattress. Also, there are two antique British style end tables and two high-backed British antique refurbished chairs. Moreover, the floor displays a hand-woven rug from the Northern province of Salta. There is also an antique forged iron gate converted into a glass top coffee table, and a mirrored closet. These unique features make this unit a rarity among short term apartment rentals in Buenos Aires Argentina.
The full kitchen is relatively compact but has a four-burner stove. Additionally, there is a full-sized refrigerator along with plenty of kitchen amenities to cook. Also, there is a stylish breakfast bar with two high bar stools that separate the kitchen from the living room.
Furthermore, the small full bathroom comes with a corner stall shower and modern fixtures. Likewise, an oversized antique wheel mirror adorns the wall. Lastly, there is an art nouveau angel-shaped chandelier illuminating the bathroom.
The luminous bedroom has a king-sized bed and built-in closet. Also, there is a unique make-up station with a Raul Vidal mirror. The attention to minute details like these is what distinguishes our Buenos Aires luxury vacation rentals apart from the rest of the market. Another example of this is the vintage cut-glass chandelier that hangs from the bedroom ceiling. Two antique British style bedside tables with pink granite tops sit on each side of the bed. Large imported double-pane glass German sliding doors provide soundproofing from the street. Likewise, the access to the private balcony is directly adjacent from the bedroom. The outdoor area displays a wrought iron marble-topped table with three outdoor chairs and several oversized antique planters.
Inside the bedroom there is an interior spiral staircase which leads to more private outdoor space. The unit’s private terrace contains another wrought iron outdoor table and chairs for four people. Also, two lemon trees and climbing ivy provide for a natural outdoor escape.
Artworks by Argentina’s renowned artist Elena Clement complete this unique and luminous penthouse.
All of Poetry’s short term apartment rentals in Buenos Aires Argentina have exclusive access to the building’s amenities. Specifically, guests are encouraged to make use of our sundeck with dipping pool and honor bar. Also, Poetry has one of the city’s only rooftop organic vegetable terraces: Ellie’s Garden. Guests are welcome to pick and cook the produce in their apartment kitchens. Each unit also comes with Apple TV and free access to our enormous video library. Lastly, all reservations, activities, airport transfers, private tours, and more can all be made through our concierge desk. It is on-site, bilingual, and outstanding.[/vc_column_text][/vc_column][/vc_row][vc_row color_set=”white_section” row_padding_top=”padding_top_none” row_padding_bottom=”padding_bottom_1-4″][vc_column boxed=”boxed_plus”]
OUTSTANDING
We stayed there for a week and could (and did) walk everywhere.
It was wonderful to arrive when the girls had filled our fridge according to my list, and there was a complimentary bottle of Malbec and fruit basket as well.
This type of accommodation was the first time when we have chosen an apartment instead of a hotel and BOY was it a good idea after such a long flight!
We used the small shop in front that sold ready-made food, we absolutely adored the chocolate cakes of those two cafes around the corner in Juncal and ate an amazing amount of empanadas from the pizzeria two blocks right from our front door.
We stayed in 5B, extremely private and even though it was not big, I insisted on having it because of the roof terrace and the balcony.
I cannot praise Poetry Building and the extremely helpful and nice staff enough, and I confess that I even took the small booklet they have for you in the room with me and found it very useful when we came back to BA 3weeks later.
I would definitely recommend staying there.
Great apartment in a great neighbourhood
We stayed here with our young daughter for a week and were very happy with our choice. The room set up was excellent (we had a king sized bed which we all ended up sleeping in, but there was a separate living room with a door that closed if we stayed up later than our daughter), a well-appointed kitchen, and a perfect sized pool to spend the hot afternoons. The neighborhood is fantastic- a big grocery store right around the corner, fruit stands, bakeries, cafes, laundromat, and restaurants all around, and close to the Recoleta and subway. We didn’t end up using our little patio very much because of mosquitoes and pigeons, but the pool area was just as good a place to relax. So glad we stayed here. We would recommend it to anyone and hope to return one day again.
LOVED OUR STAY
I lived in BsAs for about a year and a half, 30 years ago, and this was my first time back. My wife and I stayed at the Poetry Building. We could not have been more pleased with the location, staff, cleanliness, and character of the building. Everyone was incredibly helpful and accommodating. I am fluent in Spanish, but my wife is not. This was no hindrance whatsoever. We stayed in 5B and loved it. Poetry Building will be our “base of operations” for future trips to BsAs. Highly recommended!
