Wonderful Accomodation …..Fantastic Location
We stayed a week in one of the self-catering Penthouse rooms and had a fabulous time. Specifically, the location is excellent in the very lovely, and safe, Recoleta neighborhood. We took a short city tour, arranged by the charming staff. Afterwards, we then walked daily all over the city. It’s a beautiful city, and if you like walking, you can enjoy yourself experiencing the various highlights for hours on foot. We don’t speak any Spanish. Nevertheless, we had lots of fun in grocery stores, bakeries and cafes all in the immediate surroundings of the Poetry Building.
Additionally, there was always a friendly face at the lovely entrance desk to help us with anything and everything we might need. Furthermore, the apartment was just great…beautifully furnished, immaculate, spacious and bright and cheerful. Wifi and Apple TV were excellent. It was a delight to stay there. Also, the small booklet, prepared for guests, was full of information to assist us in having a safe and enjoyable visit in the city. Perfect apartment in Recoleta
The entire team at Poetry made our stay special. We were traveling with a four-month-old baby (her first trip) and decided against a hotel or Airbnb. Subsequently we decided in favor of a hotel apartment with some amenities.
Poetry checked all the boxes – we got the penthouse apartment with two balconies and a fully functional kitchen. Furthermore, the building itself was in a quiet but centrally located part of BA, with easy access to Subte (subway) and restaurants. Also, if you like walking, then you could see most of Recoleta, Palermo, and Retiro from here with ~30 min walks.
Perfect place to spend time in BA
Been to BA six times and this is by far the nicest place to stay.
They have just got it right. For instance, it’s clean, well serviced and the staff are just lovely people.
Also, it’s in a decent area. Close enough to the center but far enough out too. Moreover, there are many local restaurants to eat with locals or grab a cab. Hundreds are passing every hour.
Stayed in Apartment 5a, loved it. Although, we never ate in the apartment gave us the freedom to wander around BA or just hang out.
When we come again, and we will, we’ll stay here. Top place and pretty good value too.
