TWO BEDROOM 2B
[vc_row row_padding_top=”padding_top_none” row_padding_bottom=”padding_bottom_none”][vc_column][vc_column_text]This beautiful apartment belongs to TWO BEDROOM CATEGORY that will be designated to you. The open loft apartment is the building’s most significant one out of the Buenos Aires vacation rentals in Recoleta that we offer. Exposed brick covers the 15-foot high ceilings. They date back to the building’s historic 100-year-old origin. This unit is the only one of our luxury short term rentals in Buenos Aires that comes with both a king-sized and queen-sized bed. Therefore, making it an ideal choice for a family vacation in Buenos Aires.
The main floor bedroom is separated from the living space by an opaque glass room divider. It has double doors and contains a king-sized bed. Also, floor to ceiling windows of triple-paned glass overlooks Junin Street. The doors lead to a small balcony with tabletop and two wrought iron chairs. Also, there is a beautiful and oversized antique British armoire for plenty of storage space. Inlaid wood trim adorn the doors, and a full-size oval mirror is inset on the front. There are also two Louis XVI bedside tables with onyx tops complementing the wardrobe.
Furthermore, the main floor offers an ample living space with double-height ceilings. Also, there is a re-upholstered antique sofa and two armchairs. Moreover, the coffee table is a rare antique solid iron storage chest. A massive Louis XVI’s style Claudio Alburnoz crystal glass chandelier hangs over this space. Also, providing extra reading light, there is a stainless-steel vintage floor lamp beside the couch. Adjacent to the entrance door of the apartment, there is a marble top antique hall stand. This intricate level of detail is standard in our luxury short term rentals in Buenos Aires.
The open American style fully equipped kitchen is separated from the living area by a breakfast bar. A stainless steel top sits atop an antique carpenters bench. There are leather bar stools for seating.
Moreover, the dining area has a modern round table with seating for four. Vintage wall lamps illuminate this space. Also, there is a large Louis XVI mirror decorating the wall of this area.
Handwoven scatter rugs from the Northern province of Salta adorn the original refinished hardwood floors.
Also, the full bathroom with shower stall includes a large mirror and modern fixtures.
Further, an iron and wood staircase leads to the upstairs loft sleeping area. It has a queen-sized bed and is open to the living room and kitchen areas. The polished cement floor and antique furnishings provide a warm atmosphere to these sleeping quarters.
Wall art by Argentine artist Luciana Vernet completes this amazing two-bedroom loft.

Home Away From Home
It is hard to say what was the best part of our stay at the Poetry Building. The loft itself (2B) was well equipped and spacious. The beds were comfortable, the shower pressure was strong, as was the Wifi signal. So many nice touches. Also, the location was excellent. But in the end, it was the staff that made our stay so pleasant. Specifically, they were friendly, and they always went above, and beyond every time we had a question or needed anything. Thank you!
Perfect Visit in Every Way!
What a joy it was to stay at the Poetry Building! This stay stands as one of the only places I’ve reviewed for which I really cannot find any fault. Our room was a duplex for two adults and two teens. Downstairs there was a small and very well equipped kitchen and 1/2 bath. Also, there was a superbly furnished living room with sofa bed. The space is big enough that they still shared despite being adult-sized teens. Furthermore, there is a cool bar area with a restored wood bar. Also, there is an office area with large desk and chargers. In addition, up the open staircase was the master bedroom with a large full bath. Likewise, there is a separate walk-in dressing area/closet, and comfy bed. Both levels had french doors to the outside.
The building is incredible. Upstairs there is a beautiful plunge pool with an honor bar. It is full of cold beer, champagne, wine, and soda and a popcorn machine. There are nice chaise lounges and a couple of tables with chairs. There is a 2-level rooftop organic garden. Guests can pick their own produce. We bought some eggs and made omelets each morning. We added organic tomatoes, kale, onions, hot peppers, and herbs.
One night the owner put a movie on a projector and broadcast it onto the building next-door while we lounged by the pool. Incredible. Also, reception is incredibly helpful booking whatever you need or arranging private (and fair priced) airport transfer. The location is perfect, too, and everyone speaks English.
The Place to Stay in Buenos Aires
We spent five nights at the Poetry Building traveling with my aunt from Texas. We stayed in 2B, a two bedroom loft. It was exceedingly comfortable, well-equipped, and in a great location. The staff is very friendly and helpful in providing recommendations for shopping, restaurants and helping to set up tours. Also, there is a good grocery store is one block away, excellent shopping is in the neighborhood, and first-class restaurants are within walking distance. Lastly, the decor is very good, and the rooms are private and quiet. We don’t know where you could find better value for the money. An exceedingly comfortable place to stay that we will highly recommend to our friends.
