Furthermore, the living room balcony overlooks the building’s interior courtyard and fountain. This detail is unusual for luxury apartments in Buenos Aires Argentina.
Large twin pocket-doors divide the bedroom and living areas. These doors help create separate private spaces.
Like most of our Buenos Aires flats in the Poetry Building, the living room couch has a full-sized mattress. Additionally, there is a glass top coffee table and two reupholstered chairs in this area. There is also a large antique mirror against the living room wall.
The stylish bedroom has both a king size bed and a large built-in glass-doored closet. Moreover, there is a bright en-suite full bathroom with two windows welcoming natural light. This is not a common feature in Buenos Aires flats. Also, offset from the bedroom, there is an outdoor patio. Its floor is lined with local artisan mosaic tiles, complemented by floral planters. Moreover, there is a wrought iron table with seating for two people.
There is a fully equipped open style kitchen with a small retractable table for two. This unit is one of the most comfortable luxury apartments in Buenos Aires Argentina that we offer.
All of our BA apartments in the Poetry Building come equipped with superb amenities. These include Bluetooth speakers, and Apple TVs with our vast media library. Additionally, guests are welcome to enjoy many of the benefits we offer. These include the use of our concierge staff and access to our dipping pool and organic vegetable garden. Our concierge team can help with any reservations. Likewise, we can give ideas for activities in Buenos Aires and beyond. Moreover, a sundeck surrounds our dipping pool with outdoor shower and honor bar. Lastly, we hope guests enjoy Ellie’s Garden. Great place, great locale, great vibe !
Located in the heart of Recoleta is the Poetry Building. The apartment we rented offered us a comfy abode with kitchen, living area with TV. And importantly, a very comfortable bedroom area. Irina and staff go out of their way to connect you with their incredible city no matter your interest. Moreover, there are splendid restaurants within an easy walking distance of the hotel. Cafes are all over the place. Also, there is a laundry service available and a grocery one block over. In conclusion, the Poetry Building has it all: caring concierge, location, amenities, and comfort.

Charming, well-run apart-hotel in a great neighborhood
We stayed in the Poetry Building for our first six nights in Buenos Aires. What a superb and quite spacious apartment! We had a bedroom, bathroom, living room and kitchen, and not one but two balconies. Also, it was well-equipped with all needed services and nicely furnished. The owner and staff were absolutely wonderful. They even welcomed us with a nice bottle of Malbec. They were always there to provide advice and guidance for everything we wanted to see in Buenos Aires, restaurant options, etc. The staff were friendly and always willing to engage in conversation. Moreover, the building is very well located in Recoleta. The neighborhood is terrific for greengrocers, shops, close to key sights such as the Recoleta Cemetery. We felt right at home in the Poetry Building. We would for sure return for our next trip to Buenos Aires.
An Argentine Wedding
Our time at the Poetry Building was beyond words. The staff and owner all went above and beyond their call of duty to attend to our every need and wish. We were a large party going to an “Argentine wedding.” We luckily even got a serenade for the bride from her room overlooking their beautiful internal patio, fountain and all. Also, you’re lucky if you get the room on the first with access to two outdoor patios, complete with singing birds that stop by every morning and all. The Poetry Building is not a hotel, so do not expect a one. Instead, assume something different and unique just as the specialty lodging suggests. An immense thank you to the superb team at Poetry, the owner who made our time worthwhile, and even the incredible building decor which have all the character in and of themselves.
